A new crop of 6th graders is embarking on a year in the garden, and the season begins with a crop mob.
Sandra Gilbert, this years 6th grade Science teacher, is using the school garden as a means to teach the 6th grade curriculum components of weather and climate, life from bacteria to plants and animals, and geology. She is partnering with Good Cheer garden coordinators and educators to provide hands-on learning opportunities to students!
